1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the supply and the sale of merchandise that compares on the website "Luistrenkerstore.com" (from now on just "LT Store"), managed by Slide s.r.l., an Italian Corporation having an address at Via Amendola, 3, 57023 Cecina - Livorno, Italy. VAT identification number: 01494510496.

All the products you find on "LT Store" are sold by SLIDE.

2. PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

2.1 SLIDE does not sell to users, who do not purchase for personal use. Please, if you want to resale or you are an intermediary DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
2.2 SLIDE sells its products only to users, who are on age (SLIDE does not sell to users, who are under 18 years old) as well as to users with all mental capacity requirements to stipulate a binding agreement and with a valid e-mail address.
2.3 SLIDE reserves the right to refuse orders coming from users without those requirements. (2.1 and 2.2)

3. FORMALIZATION OF CONTRACT

3.1 In order to formalize the Sales Contract on one or more products on LT Store the customer must thoroughly fill the Order Form out through electronic format and transmit it to SLIDE by computer following the included instructions to fill it in.
3.2 In the Order Form you can find the price of every single product, including rights and taxes, with their essential characteristics, payment conditions (better specified in the following article 5 and detailed in Payments Section), delivery conditions and terms, the shipment costs (extra with regard to products prices), general sales conditions, terms and conditions of withdrawal right, conditions for the return of purchased articles.
3.3 Contract will be formalized once SLIDE has received by computer the Order Form thoroughly and correctly filled out by the customer. It must comply with the requirements specified on the previous articles 2.1 and 2.2 except which provided on the article 2.3.
3.4 The customer, sending the order form, accepts unconditionally and commits himself to respect the present Sales General Conditions in his relationship with SLIDE. Sending Order Form implies the thorough acknowledgement of the above mentioned Sales General Conditions and their acceptance, on the whole, as well as in each of the articles compounded and as the rest of the above mentioned and concerned information, present on the website pages. In case of lack of acceptance, the user is invited not to send the Order Form.
3.5 Before sending the Order Form, customer will be kindly requested to read carefully the Sales General Conditions as well as memorize or print a copy for his own use. He will be as well requested to detect and correct the possible data inserting errors that could involve SLIDE the impossibility to dispatch the order. The Order Form will be filed in SLIDE databank during the period of time necessary to dispatch the order and any way for the period provided for by law.
3.6 On formalizing the contract SLIDE compromises herself to supply the products acquired by the customer.
3.7 SLIDE reserves the right not to start to process not only orders coming from people who lack the necessary conditions or requirements mentioned in the previous articles 2.1 and 2.2, orders that do not offer any security of solvency, unfinished, wrong, or, in case of unavailability. In those cases SLIDE will inform by e-mail that the contract can't be formalized and the order will not be dispatched stating the reasons. In case of unavailability after having received the orders form SLIDE will promptly inform the customer and anyway within the next thirty days from the Order Form sending date. In the case that the customer had already provided for the payment, SLIDE will proceed with the respective reimbursement according to the specified conditions in following article 10.
3.8 Once formalized the contract, SLIDE will inform the customer by computer about the reception of the order including the summary of the essential data (description of products; prices; delivery cost; general sale conditions; cancellation right; payment conditions).

4. WARRANTY AND PRODUCTS PRICES

4.1 The essential characteristics of each single product are described in each one of the product's card which can be visualized on this website pages. Despite this SLIDE declines any responsibility on the possibility that due to a special computer configuration or bad working order of it, the colours and characteristics of the visualized products on the site appear different or, anyway, not identical to the real ones.
4.2 The prices of the products are visualized together with each product, however, these might be subject to updating.
Customer is obliged to verify the final price of the sale before the Orders Form sending.
4.3 Prices of products published on the site "LT Store" reflect those of merchandise including Tax IVA current in Italy. Those prices are not comprehensive of merchandise shipment expenses until destination.
4.4 As far as deliveries in the European Economic Community due to the sale are concerned, import, customs and local rights are included on the price published on the site "LT Store" (c.d. DDP: Delivery Duty Paid).

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Payment of the supplied products on the site "LT Store" can be carried out as follows:
-through cash on delivery, only orders whose total amount do not exceed € 1.000,00 ( one thousand Euros);
-through credit card using a protected credit system
5.2 For any further information about payment conditions the customer can access to the Payment Sector.
5.3 SLIDE informs the user that the financial information provided by the customer (for instance: credit card number as well as its closing date, and so on) will be passed on by cryptographed protocol to Consorzio Triveneto not allowing any other person in any other way to accede.
5.4 SLIDE will use that information only to complete sales procedures of merchandise on LT Store, or to carry out reimbursements due to the exercise of withdrawal right by the customer as specified on the following article 9).
5.5 The charge on the customer's credit card will be carried out in Euros, therefore, once verified exchange rate, final price will be calculated according to the charged exchange on the day that the Society who kindly offers its Credit Card services carry out the transaction.

6. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

6.1 SLIDE carries out deliveries throughout all European Countries.
6.2 Deliveries are carried out through shipping agent as on Shipment Section indicated.
6.3 Deliveries on postal districts are not executed.
6.4 On respect of regulations that rule sale and trade, you will find an enclosed invoice which indicates each item's contents as well as value in Euros.

7. DELIVERY - SHIPMENT COST

7.1 SLIDE proceeds with orders dispatch, previously verified together with merchandise availability as well as bank transfer, in the term of 3/4 working days from its communication sending as stated on previous point 3.
7.2 User is invited to consult Merchandise shipment expenses (extra respect price of the products) in Italy and abroad, which are detailed on Shipment Section.
7.3 Customer can follow up the situation of the required merchandise by acceding to Shipment Section or connecting the respective shipment agents Internet sites as on aforementioned Section.
7.4 LT Store gives the possibility of securing shipments with UPS. The cost of shipping insurance is 1% of the value of the goods with a minimum cost of € 4.50
7.5 At the moment of delivery the customer is advised to carefully verify the parcel before signing the goods invoice. The addressee has eight days at his disposal to verify the good condition of the shipment contents. In case he would verify the existence of a possible damage in the merchandise he is requested to submit the return form, contained in the invoice's envelope.

8. IMPORT EXPENSES

8.1 For all deliveries in Italy as well as inside the European Economic Community import, customs and local rights relative with sale are included in the price published on the site.

Attention: For customers from Switzerland.
Customs duty are not included in the shipping costs and are established by the Swiss customs.
When you receive the goods, UPS will ask you the payment of the customs duty for the clearance that will be calculated by the customs.

9. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

If the customer would not be satisfied with the order he can exercise his right to the withdrawal within the next 7 (seven) days from the reception of the bought goods and delivering them back again to the shipment agent.
9.2 Withdrawal right can be valid (and so binding on SLIDE) only if:
a) Customer informs SLIDE the willing to return goods in the period of 7 (seven) days from the receipt using compulsorily withdrawal form provided by SLIDE together with the goods ordered, duly filled in.
b) all products have been delivered back to the shipment agent who has delivered them, within the same (7) days from the receipt of the goods.
c) products have been in no way used, wore on or washed.
d) products have not been in any way deprived of their marks, labels, pendants, one use seals, where they have been placed and everything can be useful to identify them;
e) products have been returned folded, together with their own whole wrapping.
In the case that withdrawal right has been duly exercised according to terms and conditions as on the above mentioned article 9.2 SLIDE will pay back, as the conditions mentioned on next article 10, the whole price of the products except the shipment costs.
9.3 In case the customer do not respect terms and conditions specified on this article to be able to exercise the withdrawal right he will not have any right to the reimbursement of the paid amount.
9.4 The customer can send back the goods also through another shipping agent, but at own expense.

10. REFUNDS

10.1 Once the returned goods have been receipt and checked out that withdrawal terms and conditions have been respected according to the previous article 9), SLIDE will send the customer an e-mail confirming "withdrawal acceptance".
10.2 If the withdrawal right has been carried out correctly SLIDE will proceed to the reimbursement of the whole price of the goods except the expedition costs as soon as possible and, anyway, within 30 (thirty) working days from the receipt of the communications by the customer.
10.3 Refunds will be paid in Euros for the same amount paid by the customer, and once verified the exchange rate, will be calculated according to it applicable on the day the reimbursement will be carried out.
10.4 In case the receiver of the goods and the person who pays for them are not the same, reimbursement will be carried out in favour of the last one.

11. PRIVACY

11.1 SLIDE will use personal data on respect of Italian law specially in connection with personal data protection Code (Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 no. 196) which establishes the treatment for personal data - also for people under arrest abroad - for people who are resident or with headquarters in Italy.
11.2 User can get information about how SLIDE recollect and treat personal data on the site "LT Store" on Privacy Section who is requested to carefully consult.

12. PROPERTY - COPYRIGHT

Luis T s.r.l. is the supplier of the products that SLIDE sells on "LT Store.com" but it's the owner of all its contents, simply with examples and not exhaustive, documents, images, pictures, drawings, logotypes, letters, figures, music and sounds, software, methods, process, codes, written contents, webpage, including menus. Material on Internet site "LT Store" is protected by copyright according to the copyright rules as well as to the intellectual property rights.
Reproduction, modification, transmission, publication, redistribution to other people, without the written previous specific permission from Luis T s.r.l., from "LT Store" and its contents is forbidden.

13. TRADEMARKS AND DOMINION NAMES

13.1 Luis T s.r.l. is the sole logotype and trademark "Luis Trenker store" and "Original Luis Store" and the dominion name "luistrenkerstore.com".

14. JURISDICTION AND PROPER AUTHORITIES

14.1 Present Sale General Conditions are ruled by Italian law.
14.2 For any possible controversy between SLIDE and its users the territorial authority will be the sole Livorno Court.
