PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

You can choose to pay with:

- Cash on delivery, with an additional charge of 1% of the value of the goods (with a minimum cost of € 12. You can buy with cash on delivery only if the total amount is inferior to € 1,000.00). Remember that using this method you need a bank or post checking account to be refunded.
We don't accept cash on delivery payments outside the European Community.

- Credit card, using a protected online accredit system.

- Paypal.

LT Store wishes to remind you that we will debit your account only with the total amount of those products which have really been shipped.

REFUNDS

After LT Store receives your return item and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your return has been accepted.
The articles must be sent back until 7 days from the delivery date. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
The refund will be issued on the same payment method you used to place the order, while the cash on delivery will be refunded by a bank transfer. So you have to leave your bank data in the return policy form that you find in the box.
SLIDE reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet its return requirements.
